Our mission at HealthNet Homecare is to make your life as easy as possible.

We want to work in partnership with you & your hospital clinical teams to enable you to be treated in an environment that makes you feel most comfortable & confident, whether this be in your home, or closer to home e.g. at home, school, work or a community clinic rather than in a hospital or hospital day unit environment.

Our Customer Support Team will manage your treatment, maintaining regular contact with your clinical team to ensure a smooth supply of repeat prescriptions, and contact you to arrange deliveries and administration at a time and place that is most convenient for you.

If a home or work delivery is not convenient for you our Customer Support Team will help you to find a local pharmacy that we can deliver to, for you to collect at your convenience.

We can also support you in the correct use and storage of your medicines as well as arranging for the collection of any medical waste i.e. sharps bins etc.

If you have any problems with your medications, please contact us and a pharmacist will be happy to discuss your concerns.
